Lano Meeting Tables

Meeting and boardroom tables for up to 24 people

Orangebox Lano is a meeting and conference table programme for small meeting rooms, executive offices and large boardrooms. Its cast aluminium legs connect to a structural cross frame through a pivoting connector. This modular frame supports generous seating while keeping the space beneath the table clear.

Eight standard top shapes are available: circular, oval, soft square, soft rectangle, square, rectangular, barrel and soft vase. Published models range from 1,200 mm meeting tables to conference tables measuring 2,000 × 6,200 mm for up to 24 people. Longer or custom-shaped configurations can also be developed, subject to technical review.

Table tops can be specified in melamine, laminate or veneer, with a choice of edge profiles. Painted or polished aluminium legs, rails and connecting beams are offered in selected finishes. Power, data, cable access and cable-management components can be integrated where required. The exact options depend on the table size, shape and finish.

Use Lano for formal board meetings, client presentations, team sessions and hybrid meetings. For a quotation, send one of our experienced project consultants the room plan, required seat count, preferred dimensions and shape, finish choices, power and data needs, AV equipment, delivery address, access details and programme. We can then check the layout and prepare a project-specific specification.

How to specify a Lano meeting table

Start with the room and seat count

Share a dimensioned room plan and the number of people the table must seat. Allow for chairs, circulation, door swings, presentation screens and access to power. Published Lano models range from 1,200 mm meeting tables to 2,000 × 6,200 mm conference tables for up to 24 people.

Choose the top shape

Select from circular, oval, soft square, soft rectangle, square, rectangular, barrel and soft vase tops. The best choice depends on the room, sight lines, seating pattern and whether the table will support formal meetings, collaborative work or video calls.

Select the size and frame

Lano uses a modular cast-aluminium leg and cross-frame system. Standard and longer project-specific configurations are available, subject to technical review. Confirm the final size against the room plan and check that the position of each leg leaves suitable knee and chair space.

Specify the top and base finishes

Choose the top material, colour and edge profile. Current options include melamine, laminate and veneer. Legs can be polished or painted, with selected colours for the legs, rails and connecting beams. Finish availability can change, so confirm the current range before ordering.

Plan power, data and AV

Decide how many users need access to power and data and where those connections should sit. Cable flaps, grommets, power boxes, cable trays, clips and risers are available in selected configurations. For hybrid meetings, coordinate the table with the screen, camera, microphones and floor or wall services.

Confirm the project details

Before quotation, provide the room plan, seat count, preferred shape and dimensions, finishes, power and data schedule, AV equipment, delivery address, access details and programme. We will check the configuration, component compatibility and installation requirements.
