Choose the seat and back
Model 9220 uses mesh on both the seat and back. Model 9223 combines an upholstered seat with a mesh back. Model 9225 has an upholstered seat and back. Wave quilting is an option on the 9223 seat and on both upholstered parts of the 9225.
Plan for shared or assigned use
All three models use a synchronous mechanism with automatic weight adjustment, seat-height adjustment and an upright locking position. The frame and mechanism respond as the user reclines. This reduces the number of adjustments needed when different people use the same chair, but users should still set the seat height for their workstation.
Check the space
Every version is 675 mm wide and 650 mm deep. Overall height adjusts from 835 to 935 mm, with a seat-height range of 420 to 520 mm. Allow room behind the chair for reclining and movement, and check desk clearance around the integrated armrests.
Match the base to the floor
Hard-tread castors for carpet are standard. Soft-tread castors are available for hard flooring. Plastic or felt QuickClick gliders can be specified where a fixed position suits the room. Automatic return requires gliders and a fixed seat height.
Select colours and upholstery
The plastic frame is available in six colours. Mesh versions offer seven mesh colours, with matching rules for some frame and mesh combinations. Models 9223 and 9225 can use fabric, leather or artificial leather from Brunner's range. Confirm the selected cover's required performance before approval.
